Should I pursue computer science engineering from NITs or other government colleges, or drop a year and prepare for JEE Advanced again?

I have got 108 in JEE Mains and I am expecting 76 in JEE Advanced. I have got 95.6% in class 12th RBSE board.

Go for CSE in any of the top NITs, else if you feel genuinely that you messeded up JEE advanced, and if you are capable for that only, then drop a year for it. Else, go for NITs CSE.
