Should I pursue diploma or rather take inter? Is 12th harder then diploma?

I feel like doing +2 in Maharashtra state board! Suggest me so!some ideas.

    Neither 12th nor diploma is tough because if you want to study further i.e. UG PG etc its just the beginning so go for the one which interest you
