Should I pursue general MBA or opt for MBA in healthcare management?

MBA healthcare will be more prospective. you may also opt biotech management or pharmaceutical management or hospital management. Anyways, healthcare is a good option.

See, every subject has its own field. Its you who has to choose a subject as per interest and educational background. Healthcare management is a decent choice. Go with it if u r interested.
