Should I pursue graduation after completing my 12th (commerce) with 47% marks or repeat 12th again due to such a low score?

It depends on your career goal. If you can get admissions into the field of your choice, do not bother repeating as you can showcase your talent in Graduation education. If you are not getting admissions in the course of your choice, repeating offence can be considered. This should only be done after making sure there is no alternative.
