Don't worry , first sit in silent place and think what you want do.
so here i am giving you few options for higher studies , these courses will accept 12th students from all stream,
BS.c Visual communication
BA - Sociology
BA - Economics
BA - English
BSc - Psychology
BSc - Costume Design & Fashion
and you can also do diploma courses in Photography, graphic designing, VFx, ad many other professional course.
if u tell me what is your filed of interest it will be much helpful for me to suggest you with few other career oriented courses.
