    M.Sc. In Chemistry is better. You can go for following sectors after education:
    1. Pharmaceutical Industry
    2. Petroleum Industry
    3. Food Industry
    4. Teaching Profession, etc. Hope this helps

    As per my knowledge and experience, for getting a good payable job, you must go for M.Sc Mathematics as there are many good opportunities after completing this course as compared to M.Sc Chemistry.
