B.Tech, if you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Tech. Else, MBA would be a good option. You should have 55% in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. I am enlisting a few good colleges for M.Tech : IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, DTU, IIT Varanasi, IIT

Hello, I think it depends on what kind of job you want to do in future. According to me, MBA is a better option, because you have learned the technicality in B.Tech and now you should learn management in MBA for an effective resume. All the best.

MBA is the need for the hour. So, I think that with technical skills you also need to pursue some managerial skills. So, I think MBA is the best option.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, then M.Tech/ MS is better. However, if you want to move into general management then MBA is better.

If you want to remain associated with the production, technology then u should pursue M.Tech, and if you want to move to the business world, then you are suggested to pursue MBA. Both will enrich your career. Decision is yours, as passion is passion and it varies from person to person. Good luck.

If you have interest in management then go for MBA or if you want to get your Masters degree then go for M.Tech. Both of the colleges have huge potential and you can do well in both the courses depending upon your interest.
