Should I pursue Masters immediately after college?
I am pursuing B.Tech 4th year in IT. Placed through on-campus recruitment drive in Deloitte.

Yes, you should opt for your Master's degree right after completing your UG.

If you are going for Masters of Business Administration, then you should get 1-2 years of work experience. It helps a lot not only in monetary terms but also managing and technical skills.
