Should I pursue Masters in the same field as of B.Tech and then M.Tech or pursue Masters in a different field from B.Tech and then MBA?

These two fields are totally different from each other, so there is no point in comparing M.Tech and MBA. Both are specialized courses and have their own values. It only depends on your interest whether you would like to go for further studies or do you want to gain more knowledge while being on the

Both has equal demand but if you do MBA after B.Tech, then you will get more opportunities in diverse fields.
