Should I pursue MBA as I have work experience? Will this option be take-worthy?
My academic score has been above 80% throughout. I am fresher Chartered Accountant.

MBA from top B-Schools such as IIMs, FMS DU, MDI, etc. will definitely add value to your career. It can provide a jump pad for corporate finance roles.
