Specialization in HR and Finance is completely different. First of all it depends on your interest level. HR is all about human resource where you will learn about employee relations, labor laws, training & development, recruitment etc. Where as in finance you will get to deal and handle the financial part. As mentioned by you that you are from humanities background, ideally you should opt for HR. But at the end it's all your decision as per your interest level so that after your education you can land up to that career where you can enjoy and love your work. I hope this answer helps you to take further decision. All the best.

Since you have humanities background, MBA in HR is a good option for you and besides, if you are particularly interested in HR, then it is best for you.

You should go with MBA in HR. This is perfect course for humanities students. Finance is good, but not better for arts students, so HR is better for you. All the best.
