Should I pursue MBA with some work experience or directly? I am an average student and have completed my B.Com.

I don't know the basics of accounting & finance. Which field should I opt for a good career?

The ways things are now, it is better to gain some experience (relevant) then go for an MBA because MBA colleges are giving weightage to work exp. and academics. So considering that you call yourself an avg., your academics must also be avg. Now, the only thing in your hand is work ex. Try to make it work as much as possible. Then score some good marks in CAT, XAT, SNAP, etc. You will have a realistic chance of getting into a top B.School.

It does not make any difference. It is better that you complete your PG first and then go for a job. Don't let yourself down by saying that you are average. Just focus on your studies and you will find that it works wonders. All the best. God bless you.
