I had 68% in 12th and I want a job in TCS or Cognizant.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. Since you are a B.Com you would not be able to take admission in MCA as you would be required to have a BCA first. However, based on your interest you can join private institutes who offer such courses affiliated to international insti
