Should I pursue MCA or MBA after completing my B.Com with 45%? I have 3 years of experience in marketing.

I had 68% in 12th and I want a job in TCS or Cognizant.

    This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. Since you are a B.Com you would not be able to take admission in MCA as you would be required to have a BCA first. However, based on your interest you can join private institutes who offer such courses affiliated to international institutes/boards to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. Even for a full time MBA you would need minimum 50% marks at Graduation level, so you would not be eligible for it. Since you have work experience of 3 years you can explore executive MBA or Part ti
