Should I pursue my graduation in some other course or opt for B.Tech after completing my 2nd PUC in science (PCMC)?

Yes, you can pursue another course, but you are Science student so B.Tech will be the best option for you. You can get the lateral entry in some of the college after facing some entrance exam and PI.
