Should I re-appear for JEE Mains exam?

I dropped a year for the preparation of JEE Mains exam but failed to qualify it. I have taken admission in a tier-3 college.

    If your JEE Mains ranking is above 20000 then you should reappear but if you have not qualified JEE Mains then you should not.
