Should I repeat a year or should I countinue prepare for JEE?
I have got 65% marks in class 12th.

I think, you must prepare for both boards and JEE. You have to prepare for boards to get at least 75% marks, so that, you can appear in JEE advance.

It is not like that. If you are trying for NIOS then there is an advantage too. The percentile in JEE Mains required is higher for CBSE as compared to NIOS. You will get better JEE Mains rank if you opt for NIOS. It is not inferior at all.
