Should I repeat my class 12th again or should I proceed further with B.Tech in mechanical engineering?

I got 55% in class 12th with PCM.

As they say, there is always a next time. Nothing to get disheartened about. No point in wasting one year as numerous surveys indicate that. Very low percentage(6%) Droppers tend to show improvement. Also, you tend to loose one year of Try and get into some good University where you get ample chance

12th marks also matter a lot...i think u should do 12th again coz its the last chance u can do...otherwise u can do btech any further year u want to do hope it helps cheers!!!

Time is important so don't drop a year and try for 12th again. Better, go for mechanical engineering from a good college. There are so many good colleges with better placements in low fee structure.

instead of droping a year to study all subjects ,you should go for APPEARMENT EXAM for the specific subjects in which you failed to score good marks and Go for B.tec Mechanical which is already a very good decision for a bright future. afterall there is no wise in droping a year to study everything

Go for B.E./B.tech because time is much important. You are eligible for entrance exams so go for B.E.

prepare for other courses because engeenierg is really very tough at this percent because if u want to go any government collage then u should pass with high marks in merit list...and if u will go for private collage still entrance exam are there and that's expensive.... u should prepare for polyte

don't waste one year again for pass 12th. If u want to do B.tech then I suggest invest your one year not for 12th only prepare for your basic information about engenering because you got 55 percent in 12th it means your basic information in science field is very weak but if u have one year then prep

Hi Dear, As you have scored 55% in aggregate in 12th in PCM, you are eligible for BTech entrance examinations. Do appear JEE Mains or equivalent examinations.

ya.!! I gave mains exam and I scored 45 marks. and one more issue that I got one mark of grace in chemistry.
