Should I seek a job or pursue MBA in finance after completing my BMS?

Hi, It depends on you whether you would want to gain corporate experience before doing an MBA or not. Most of the companies for placements, do not distinguish between freshers and experienced people (if from other fields other than finance) for jobs in the finance industry. Though if you want to make a strong hold in finance, I would even suggest you about considering NCFM modules to give weight to your resume. Also, the pay package you would get after BMS and after MBA would be different. Job roles would be different too.
