It is totally dependent upon what you want out of your career, A master's degree helps in profile diversification and adds up to your resume which includes higher pay. I'd recommend definitely going for it but if money is not a contributing factor in your life right now take a year break and concent

Getting the highest percentile is totally based on your hard work. How will you get it? Secondly, you need to do a lot of practice to get the best score.

Do both, because that is the best. You can do right now, and what I suggest is to work at least 2 years. Get experience letter and rock in your Masters. I mean, you will be in advantage in your Masters due to your work experience.

Since preparation for CAT is not a full-time activity, you can safely start working on part-time basis so that you get time to study for CAT as well. A full-time work assignment may not be able to give you the time to prepare for CAT.
