You may want to start your preparation now because you will have to appear for your MBA tests in your final year if you are planning to pursue MBA without any work experience. You need to prepare for quantitative aptitude, vocabulary and logical reasoning. If you are interested in full time MBA then you should probably go for a PGDM course.

There is no need to start the preparation so early. You can start your preparation for MBA entrance SNAP, CAT, etc. at the end of 2nd year of graduation or from beginning of third year. Anyhow you will give exams in the month of November of your third year graduation only, so start accordingly.
It is very easy once you crack your entrance, you have to prepare for GD/PI processes. The best option for you is any specialization from general management i.e. marketing, HR, operations or finance.
