ICSE or CBSE doesn't matter but you have to improve your discipline, communication skills and personality. CBSE board will provide you central syllabus and will help to improve your personality. All the best.

It' all your choice. It depends on your interest. You can choose ICSE as it gives you better knowledge of English language. On the other hand, you can choose CBSE as it is nationally as well as internationally recognised.
