Should I submit its accommodation fee during admission? What is its cancellation process and charges? I got selected for the main campus.

Yes, you should apply for the accommodation preferably when you pay the fees. Delay, may result in not getting accommodation in college hostel. However, since you are in the main campus, finding an accommodation nearby will not be an issue. I am not sure if you will get a refund if you cancel the hostel after paying the fees.
