Should I take 1 year drop for JEE Mains as I have done 2 years of coaching for JEE Mains and scored 81?

You have qualified which is very good. This will bring a confidence in yourself so I think you should drop one year and try your best to crack JEE Advanced which is your target.

Yes, you can drop one year if you think you can qualify next time.
And you can take admission in any graduation programme just as a back up.
