Should I take a drop for JEE 2018 or join any private college in Jaipur? My JEE Mains score is 35.

It's better to join central government universities like HNBGU, CuH, NEHU rather than joining private colleges of Jaipur. I will suggest you to take an year drop and prepare well for next JEE exam.
