Should I take admission in a private college for B.Pharm or drop a year and appear for the entrance exam next year for government colleges?

Go for the private one. It is not worth it to drop 1 year for a government pharm college. Do proper study and prepare for GPAT. It doesn't matter from where you have done your B pharm as MPharm matters.
