IIIT-Bhopal is a newer institute, but it has quickly risen to prominence. It is located in the state of Madhya Pradesh, which is a relatively affordable place to live. The campus is well-equipped with modern facilities. On the other hand, IIIT Ranchi and IIIT Nagpur is an older institute with well-established reputation.
IIIT-Bhopal and IIIT-Ranchi offer more opportunities for research, while IIIT Nagpur offers better opportunities for internships and projects.
