Should I take admission in Jaipuria college as I have got a call, or should I appear for MAHCET and wait for some other good colleges?

I have scored 78.71 percentile in MAT/DEC and have got am admission call from Jaipuria Institute of Management,Lucknow . I am also preparing fre MAH/CET .So,should I join JIML or wait for other colleges offer.But my problem is I have to respond to the college for admission before 3rd march?help me.
