Should I take admission in Jaypee,Noida Sector 128 as I cannot afford the fee? My rank in JEE Mains is 143000.

If you cannot afford it, you should not take admission there. Your rank is good for sector 128 campus. Try for a UPTU college and apply for the scholarship, that way, you only have to pay a minimal amount to get through.

How is JIIT for the integrated dual degree with CSE? Should I go for it as I don't have any other option while CSE and IT are on the wailting list?

If you have the fee issue then you can join colleges having low fees like HNBGU, NEHU and CUH. All these are central universities. HNBGU and NEHU have very low fee structure (around Rs 24,000 per annum).
