Should I take admission in KIIT or drop one year to prepare for JEE Mains exam?

I want to pursue civil engineering. My general category Rank in KIITEE is 16,886 and SC category rank is 658.

Taking one extra year generally does no good. If you have any chance in KIIT, then go for it. Never try to look back. If you wait one extra year to pursue JEE, you will be bored and most probably start hating studies. Just go ahead but be amongst the best. All the best.

If u get admission then it's fine otherwise try again next year.
