Both the branches are good, you choose as per your interest. It you are interested in core programming then CSE will be better, while if your interest lies in information systems, then you go for IT. Hi Ayushman, Definitely you can take Admission in IT stream, if you are really made up your mind to pursue your career in Information systems then you should opt IT stream.
