Should I take direct admission in 2nd year after completing my 1st year from some another engineering college?

Yes it is possible to take Admission for 2nd year in another engineering colleges, but for that you have to firstly opt for Diploma and then you can do degree. And in degree programme you can get Admission directly to 2nd year. But remember one thing that you have to search that which colleges give this kind of facility.
