Should I take drop this year as I have selected in SRM CSE and my JEE Mains score is 180? I'm an SC student and scored 85% in boards.

If you are quite sure that you can do better next time and will work hard.
Then, it is worth to take drop and get some good college next year.
But, if you are not ready to sacrifice again for another year it is good to join NITs, since there are chances for you to get top NITs. Last decision should
