    I think no, you have a decent rank and you should go for colleges like GL Bajaj, RKGIT Ghaziabad, IMS Ghaziabad or Sri Ram Murti Bareli.

    Psit Kanpur is a good college having a rating of more than 4 out of 5 in any good website as well as in Shiksha. Faculty members are very good and supportive. Average placement is 2.5 Lacs. Also infrastructure is very good. You need to maintain 90 % attendance in every semester. Admin is very strict as well. Good option overall. Also you can get psit Kanpur very easily at this rank in UPSEE.
