Should I try again in other entrances or go for any of the average colleges?

I have scored 70 percentile in MAT. Neither I am good at academics nor could I clear the GD/PI.

When you have difficulty with Percentiles, think of the other parameters like GD and PI. Don't give up. Reading is to be a part of your life and your Expression Skills. Don't think of the Second Best. Then, you will settle at the Third Best. Think of the best.
