Should I wait for 2nd round counseling? I didn't get JU in 1st round of counseling. My general rank is 13000 and 530 SC rank.

    Yes, you should wait for 2nd round of counseling, as you haven't got any seat in first round.
    You may get a seat allotted in 2nd round.
