Should I withdraw admission from Diploma without passing it to take admission in GCE, Chandrapur Electrical branch?

I took admission in Diploma in IT branch this year and I have back in a subject. I appeared for MHT CET 2023, and I got Government College of Engineering, Chandrapur with Electrical branch.
