Should my brother give third attempt of JEE Mains. He is too much home sick. He always wanted to be an IAS.

He scored aggregate 95.33% in 12th pcm and 94.4% in 12th rbse. His English grammar and Mathematics are too good. Should he chase his dream by doing B.Sc.
