Should my brother give third attempt of JEE Mains. He is too much home sick. He always wanted to be an IAS.

He scored aggregate 95.33% in 12th pcm and 94.4% in 12th rbse. His English grammar and Mathematics are too good. Should he chase his dream by doing B.Sc.

For becoming IAS, there is no need to pursue engineering you can complete graduation by any means.

JEE Mains and IAS has no direct relationship. You can study at any college and do any Bachelor's programme and still be eligible for civil service.
