Should my signature be same as my name? My signature is not my name. Will it be a problem?
My name is Aniket Choudhary but I sign as Aniket Baliyan.

It may be a potential problem. At the same time, it may not. It is fully dependent where you are using this. In some forms, exams you will be asked to sign in full. Then, you have to write your full name. Otherwise, you can use your signature style. But remember- Don't make signature in new way every time. It may make a big issue for you. My suggestion- prepare two signatures. One, in full and other, you are already accustom to it.
