there is no need to have work experience for take admission in MBA , work experience is required only for executive MBA for working professional, you can do MBA after graduation

If circumstances allow then one should do MBA straight after graduation through regular mode of education. If however one is in engineering then sometimes it is beneficial to get couple of years of experience prior to doing MBA.
