Shud i drop 1year for getting admsion in b.tec or to do BCA as coz i could not score 50% in PCM

Can anyone help me giving me a gud advice.?i hv passed 12 with scince strm wth 60% but in PCM only 50% .further should i directly go for BCA or should i waste 1year nd prepare for entrance to get good cllg for B.tec.i also hv intrst in computer nd elrctrical.plz tell me shd i drop 1yea?
