UPSC examination is conducted every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
To be eligible :
- You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university.
- You are eligible if you are in the final year of graduation.

This is not a valid degree. It has been confirmed by Distance Education Council in an RTI reply. Pl check youtube BSC-singhania. DGCA has issued public notice on this. Please see notification of UGC published in News papers on 27/6/2013. This notice is there on UGC website also.

It's on Singhania universities web site and it's UGC approved as such it's completely legit.
