Sir, Actually i am doing my 2ns sem BE Mech in Bangalore university want to change to VTU university in 3rd sem, is it possible to do so?

Dear Ashwin, Changing the engineering college within the same university's affiliated Colleges is permitted. But change in university is challenging because Syllabus, Course Pattern, Papers & Seats vary from one to another, that too in Sem III, i.e. II Year of a four year engineering course.
