    Tourism industry is all about customer service and satisfaction. No book is going to teach you that. Ofcourse, you can train yourself in various CRS like Galileo, Amadeus, Worldspan or Abacus. Amadeus and Galileo are mostly used by most corporate travel houses and airlines. That will teach you how to make various reservations for hotel, Airlines and car rentals. You get into live inventory of the airline or hotel and are able to make new reservation or change existing ones.
    Secondly, you can opt for a airline crew, if you have what they need. Jet being the leading paymaster after Air India. A crew is normally trained for a period of 3 m

    see all course are having different different curriculum, and specialization offered by IITTM, all are good in tourism industry.
    you need to find yourself comfortable with which program.
