Sir, am currently in final year B.pharm, i want to do my MBA but am confused about the specialization in MBA (HR, Marketing or Pharma)

Hiii. serena. yes,choose dual specialization. Hr or Pharma. it will give you benefit.

I would suggest you to take admission where MBA is in dual specialization & chose specialization HR (MAJOR) & PHARMA (MINOR). AND IF you are comfortable with marketing specialization you can opt for MARKETING & PHARMA AS specialization. hope this will clear your confusion.

Relevant option for you would be MBA in Pharma management. Top colleges offering the same are NMIMS etc. Curriculum wise both MBA Pharma and MBA Marketing would be the same. Also after MBA, almost all pharma companies offer Sales and Marketing profiles. A few like Novartis offer General management
