I can only say on 29 Feb after receiving all applications.
We do not have a cut-off system. We decide to take a given number of students (say x). We arrange the applicants in descending order of CAT/XAT score. Then call the top x students for GD/PI.

XIME Cutoff is 80%ile .So it is difficult to get a call.
