Sir, By this year my four year b'tech course will be completed.I would like to do MS on construction management in abroad which is best.

I have two choices i.e, MS on construction management and interior design which suites me best and what are the basic requirements for. In abroad which is the best and suitable for the courses mentioned above with in less cost. The process for it.I have 70% of aggregate in my b'tech. What tests rqd.
