B.Sc in Nursing Eligibility Criteria:
* Candidate must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board or university.
* Candidate must be from the Science stream with compulsory subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
* The minimum cut-off is 45% marks scores in 10+2 examination.
* Candidates from other streams such as Commerce and Arts can become eligible for the course by scoring at least 45% mark in National Institute of Open Schools (NIOS) Science examination.
* Medical fitness is a mandatory requirement
* Most top institutes conduct an entrance exam and a personal interview as part of the screening process.

Admission in Jamia Hamdard University for B.Sc Nursing (Hons) is mainly done on the basis of NEET-UG. However, non-NEET candidates can also apply, but preferences will be given to NEET candidate. The selection of candidates from Non NEET will be done on the merit basis.
