NDA exam is the gateway for becoming a Pilot in Indian Air Force (IAF). The basic eligibility criteria for NDA is class 12th with PCM (For IAF). Hence Diploma engineers are not eligible for NDA exam. Combined Defence Services CDS is another option but for this, you have to complete your B.Tech first. Further on the basis of your Diploma course, you can not be appointed as Officers or Head Manager in government. Department because these posts need at least graduation (B.Tech) first + UPSC or SSC CGL exam.
