    Yes, you can choose any of the four branches:
    A. Electrical Engineering,
    B. Electronics Engineering,
    C. Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
    D. Electronics and Telecommunication and Communication
    Engineering.

    Educational qualifications:
    Passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Math, having 50% marks in English in class 10th or class 12th exam. Passed Diploma with minimum 60% marks or 50% marks in 4 year engineering in below specified branches:
    A. Electrical Engineering,
    B. Electronics Engineering,
    C. Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
    D. Electronics and Telecommunication and Communication
    Engineering.
    E. Electronics and Instrumentation or equivalent.

    Most probably no. As far as I understand only electrical engineering students are eligible to apply for ETO and that again I think is restricted to Diploma Holders.

Candidates need to pass Class 10 with a minimum of 40% aggregate with Science and Mathematics as subjects and 40% in English to apply for General Purpose Rating at GEIMS Pune. 

Aspirants with Diploma or a degree and have passed Class 10 with at least 40% aggregate with Science and Mathematics as subjects and 40% in English are also eligible to apply for GPR. Also, the maximum age to apply for the course is 25 years.
