sir can you please tell me how can i write nios exam and can i get 80% is it posible i want to do 12th based diploma

You need to go to www.nios.ac.in and you will get all the details about eligibilities and procedures to appear in the NIOS .... and like all other exams 80% marks is also possible if you prepare well for NIOS
